Optional first-party statistics

When statistics are enabled and you accept, this website uses a random browser identifier to estimate return visits, pages viewed, active page time and selected link clicks. The identifier and your choice expire after 90 days. This is a pseudonymous browser identifier, not proof of a person's or institution's identity. We do not record form input, keystrokes or session video, or link enquiry contents or contact details to your browsing history.

You can refuse or withdraw using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal deletes the browser identifier and stops subsequent statistics; previously collected data expires under the retention period below. Global Privacy Control is treated as a refusal. Essential preference, form security and staff login cookies are separate.

Data and retention

Page paths exclude search terms and URL query strings. Referral information contains the referring website's hostname only. Detailed pseudonymous visit and click records are retained for 30 calendar days; daily aggregates without browser identifiers are retained for 365 calendar days. Expired statistics are removed at the next daily processing or statistics request. Administrators and authorised operators can access private records. Daily group reports contain aggregate figures, not visitor email addresses or message bodies.

Optional Google Analytics

If you accept the cookie choice that names Google Analytics (GA4), the site loads Google's analytics service. We send page paths without search terms or URL parameters, referral website origins, language, HKEX file clicks, company film start and completion, and a count of newly saved enquiries. We do not send names, email addresses, enquiry subjects or messages, organisation names, or enquiry references. Google also processes network and device information to provide analytics. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. These statistics cannot identify an investment institution or prove an AI citation.

Google's analytics cookies are limited to 90 days without extending their lifetime on each visit. Rejecting or withdrawing through Cookie settings stops further measurement and removes the Google analytics cookies set by this site; Global Privacy Control also prevents loading Google Analytics. A local refusal preference contains no visitor identifier and is cleared when you explicitly accept again. Your earlier choice for first-party statistics alone does not authorise Google Analytics. Separately, aggregate application-page request counts and declared crawler names help us operate the site. They do not identify individual visitors; crawler names may be spoofed. Server security logs may contain IP addresses and are governed by server log rotation. HKEX PDF clicks do not tell us whether a document was downloaded or read.

Investor enquiries

If the enquiry form is enabled, your email, subject and message, together with any optional name and organisation you supply, are saved privately and forwarded through AgentMail (or the email provider identified by the form) to the company IR team. The purpose is to process and respond to your enquiry. Submitting a form is not consent to optional browsing statistics or a newsletter subscription. A keyed, temporary network identifier is used to limit abuse. Please do not include identity documents, financial account details or other sensitive information.

When internal Feishu notifications are enabled, the website also forwards your full enquiry, including your email and any name and organisation you supply, to the IR team's internal Feishu group. Notifications include submission time, language and email delivery status. The IR team manages copies retained in its mailbox and Feishu group separately.

The website's copy of an enquiry is retained for up to 90 days through scheduled maintenance. Copies delivered to the IR mailbox are managed separately by the IR team; contact us to request access or deletion. Email submission confirmation means the website has saved your enquiry; mail-server acceptance does not mean it has been read.

External resources

HKEX and PureIR open on their own websites and apply their own privacy practices. Cookie consent on this site does not carry across to those sites.

Language preference

The site supports Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English. The root URL uses your browser language, or English when no supported language is found. A manual selection is saved in the necessary ir_language cookie for one year. This cookie only stores the interface language and works independently of analytics consent. Direct language URLs keep the language specified in the URL.
